Recommendation on Tours & Safaris
• Health
: Due to the adventurous nature of the desert safari tour and
off-road driving, we do not recommend the following customers to
join our Safari and Mountain Tours:
1) Customers who are
medically unfit ( ie., backbone, injury, neck pain, hip injury, weak
heart, etc.).
2) Expectant Mothers.
3) Children under 3
years.
If customers who belong to the
above-mentioned groups still want to join the tour, they may do so
at their own risk. Fnetravel will not be taking responsibility.
• Insurance
: The vehicles are fully comprehensively insured. In case of any
injuries occurred during any of our tours, due to an accident of our
vehicle, our representative is to be informed for assistance. A
government hospital has to be contacted for a medical certificate
and a police report along with the medical certificate must be
obtained for insurance coverage to be applicable.
• Clothing
: Sandals and high heel shoes are not recommended for the desert
and mountain trips. It is convenient to wear sport shoes or boots.
Long skirts, shorts or any comfortable clothing is ideal. During the
winter months, warmer clothing is necessary, particularly in the
desert after dark. Sunglasses and hats are recommended. Wearing
contact lenses is not advisable.
• Photography: When taking photographs of locals
and Bedouins, it is polite to ask their permission first, taking
photographs of Arab ladies is not permitted.
• Food
& Beverages: Drinking alcohol and smoking is forbidden in
the vehicle during the tour. There will be stops for non-alcoholic
refreshments and smoking.
• Safety: Please note
that swimming during any tour is at your own risk. Passengers are
advised to wear seat belts at all times. Standing behind camels or
teasing them is strictly forbidden. While riding a camel, customers
are advised to hold on to the
handgrips. |
